CANCELLATION POLICY

PLAN – MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
All memberships are offered under two tiers:
- Level I – Monthly Plan (30-day subscription, auto-renewing)
- Level II – Yearly Plan (12-month subscription, auto-renewing)
By choosing Level I, you are enrolling in a 30-day auto-renewal program and will be charged the membership fee every 30 days until you cancel your membership.
By choosing Level II, you are enrolling in a 12-month auto-renewal program and will be charged the membership fee every 12 months until you cancel your membership.

Please review the information below regarding our **no refund policy** and **cancellation policy**.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via **www.pakmantrader.com**. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax may be added to the price of purchases as required. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect for your purchases and any applicable fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for such amounts when you place your order.
If your membership or order is subject to recurring charges (Level I or Level II), you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each charge, until you cancel in accordance with the policy below.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if payment has already been requested or received.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same account, payment method, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, unfortunately, **no refunds will be issued**. This applies to:
- All Level I (monthly) memberships
- All Level II (yearly) memberships
- Any sale, discount, or promotional memberships
- Any subscription where services, alerts, files, or community access have already been provided
Please read the cancellation policy below carefully before joining.
SERVICE
Pakman Trader is a **trading education and community membership**.
Membership may include, for example: alerts, watchlists, educational content, trading chats, community channels, and other trading-related resources.
You are responsible for managing your own subscription and cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your membership, you must follow the official cancellation process:
- Go to the **Support/Help** channel (or support section) as instructed in the community or on **www.pakmantrader.com**.
- Use the provided cancellation form or instructions to request cancellation.
- This is the **only** valid method to cancel your membership.
You are responsible for submitting the cancellation form **at least 4 business days prior to your renewal date.**
- For **Level I (monthly)**: This means 4 business days before your 30-day renewal.
- For **Level II (yearly)**: This means 4 business days before your annual renewal.
If you cancel **after** the 4-business-day window:
- Your upcoming renewal charge **will still be processed**.
- Your cancellation will apply to the **following** billing cycle.
We strongly recommend that you keep track of your billing dates. All subscriptions are “per subscription cycle” and will auto-renew until properly canceled.
INACTIVE OR CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS
If your membership is marked as **Inactive** or **Currently Cancelled**, your access may be **limited**, even if there is remaining time on the subscription.
This may include:
- Limited access only to core channels (such as Announcements, Alerts, Watchlists, Main Chat)
- Restricted posting ability (muted account)
This protocol is enforced to reduce spam, malicious behavior, or abuse from users who have canceled or plan to leave and no longer respect community rules.
The full experience and access to all channels and features are reserved for **Active Members only**.
By joining, you understand and accept this policy.
REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. **No refunds** will be issued for:
- Memberships (Level I or Level II)
- Sale or discounted subscriptions
- Subscriptions where alerts, files, videos, chats, or services have been accessed
- Any active period where you have used or had access to the Pakman Trader community or content
Additional notes:
- Sale/discount memberships are **final**.
- Cancellation requests or disputes may result in immediate removal of access to services, including group chats, channels, and community areas.
- There are no refunds once services have been delivered or access has been granted.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PROCESS (SUMMARY)
1. Use the official cancellation method provided by Pakman Trader (such as the Support/Help area or form).
2. Ensure you use the **correct email** associated with your account. If the email is incorrect, we may be unable to locate and cancel your membership properly.
3. Submit your cancellation request **at least 4 business days** before your renewal date.
4. Accounts canceled after that window will still be charged for the upcoming period and will be canceled for the next renewal cycle.
We are not responsible for refunds due to:
- Incorrect email entries
- Failure to follow the official cancellation process
- Failure to submit within the 4-business-day window
LEGAL – FALSE CLAIMS & CHARGEBACKS
By joining Pakman Trader, you agree to all terms and conditions, including policies related to chargebacks and false claims.
You understand and agree that:
- Any **false claim**, fraudulent chargeback, or dishonest dispute may be treated as a serious violation.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action, which may include a **lawsuit up to $25,000 per false claim**, depending on jurisdiction and circumstances.
Our general escalation process may include:
1. Attempting to contact the customer to correct the issue.
2. Issuing a formal demand letter if the issue is not resolved.
3. Pursuing legal remedies if necessary.
This is to protect the integrity of our business and community.
